We are looking for a proactive and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team and help us grow our client base through the Upwork and Guru platform..

Job Responsibilities

• Identify suitable projects and job postings on Upwork.
• Write and submit customized, compelling proposals to potential clients.
• Communicate with clients professionally and promptly to convert leads into projects.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
• Keep track of submitted proposals, responses, and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, web development, software solutions, or digital marketing.
• Ability to understand client requirements and pitch relevant services.
